Okay, but it was still fairly available online worldwide, including the US. I mean, how much does an official release count

The OP asked "Where is Prince? No American release ? Maybe he' s retired from recording.", so since their post is kinda poorly worded, I assume what they must be talking about is why hasn't there been an album released in the US recently, and Lotusflow3r was the last somewhat proper US release. Either way, it doesn't really matter. I don't know what the OP is really talking about, but it hasn't been that long since his last album, so there's no reason to believe he retired from recording, except that he said he was in "recording rehab" until piracy is under control (which will be never).

Well he isn't in recording rehab anymore. We have Extraloveable (on iTunes wink

) and an upcoming protege album with his recordings on it. If he can do that for us, it's likely Prince will give us a solo project.

Yeah, exactly. I think there is chance that he will record a solo album, for sure.

And 20ten is maybe not released everywhere, but you can buy it on Ebay or Amazon. and it's also out there to download. And that's not even 2 years ago..

It's pretty funny, some artists go many years between releases. Prince really spoiled us by releasing so many albums since 1978. A 2 year span between albums isn't really that a big a deal for most artists. I think about the 80's, in the same time span (1980-1989) Prince released 9 albums and Michael Jackson only released 2. I think it's ok for him to take a little time to make another album.

Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for.

He's also been recording with Larry Graham. Larrys new cd will be out this winter I think. I don't know how much Prince will be on it.
