I was listening to 'Stroke' by Mazarati the other day, and it reminded me that years ago I had a cassette of a Revolution-era rehearsal or soundcheck (most likely 1986) where Prince & the band jam on a loose version of this song. I don't remember seeing it circulating anywhere.

Am I making this up, or does anybody else remember this rehearsal? Has it ever shown up on any boots?

It was played/jammed at the soundcheck for the March 3rd, 1986 First Avenue gig. It's found on City Lights Remastered Vol. 5 (Sabotage).
