Definitely wanna check these out. The CDs are great.... However, downloading that much video takes 4ever... It's less about storage space & more to do with the time it takes.

Some of us are lucky in that we have very fast broadband.

I was talking with someone from Australia today, and she mentioned that she has a download limit on her broadband.

That would scare me.

Still, they will not be going anywhere fast, so you shall have plenty of time to grab them when you are ready.

I downloaded each dvd9 in about an hour and a half for each disc.

Well the part I downloaded was 2 hours 7 mins, it took about 2-3 hours to download. But about 1:20 hours into the video, after he sang I Like It There, the whole thing froze I'll probably download the second part tomorrow, and maybe day 1 of the festival but I'm not going to bother to download the first part of day 2 again, I haven't got the patience.

I have no idea about my internet speed but my connection speed is 54 Mbps

I only have a 10Mb download speed.

The 3rd Night took ages for me, but then again I was downloading more stuff from 2 other outlets and seeding torrents at the same time...

But that's all I can get in a small town.

We're installing a 50mbps connection at my office in October... I can't wait. Flac files are one thing, but I'm on a 6mps dsl line right now.... Video just takes waaaay too long.

I must have some bullshit trackers because I started downloading them about 24 hours ago, and I've STILL only downloaded 15%!!!! So far, the trackers have shown zero seeders. Methinks it's time to take other measures.

WOW... I spent the time to download night2 & this may be the best fan released DVD I've ever seen... You can tell it was a labor of Love.... Thank U 2 all who helped put this 2gether.

That place has not been working properly as of late. Things have to be posted as external torrents. Maybe that's the reason why everything goes so slow.

Plus they're huge downloads and until someone else completes there's only 1 guy seeding for all...

wonder how prince feels about all these high quality dvds going around...hmmmmm ?

There are the standard links method too for the dvd9 if you want to avoid the wait with the torrents.

If you use megamanager, it's fairly quick to download things.

Holy WOW! I usually skip the videos & stick with audio. Just can't stand shaky camcorder stuff...

But, I decided to look into this one based on the reactions here. I checked out the trailer, and am very impressed. I just started the long process of grabbing these from the interwebs and am very excited... Can't wait!

Especially since it looks like Prince was having the shows Professionally recorded too. You see Pro camera guys all over the stage on these dvds.

FYI.. I've been able to take a look at Night 1 & 2 so far & IMO, Night 2 has much, much better production value. It's a great performance & setlist, camera angles are better & sound is better...

Still waiting on Night 3.

Night 2 imo is the better of the 3.

Night 3 suffers from a lot of camera shake, still very well put together though, and better than no video at all.

I'm very grateful for all 3, but Night 2 though is.......breathtaking for an audience shot video, fucking A+.

And that would normally be good news, or a faint indication of some future release, but Prince has had pro cameras film dozens and dozens of his shows over the years and all we have is........well, nothing.

I actually gave up ajd deleted everything for now because I got errors on a couple other parts. I think it was my source. I looked at the pieces I had in VLC and I'm undecided as to whether or not I care enough to find it someplace else.

Also, I've got a licensed copy of WinZip 15 Pro and PeaZip for anything that gives WinZip a problem. I'll try UnRarX if I have problems in the future.
