Condorcet Album Poll: Lotus Flow3r.

This is the next installment in a series of polls ranking the songs on each album officially released by Prince or O+>. The goal of this project is to determine which tracks should be included in a final poll to determine the overall top 25 Prince songs in the opinion of his fans.

For those of you who haven’t been following the polls, these are different than the usual “best song” threads in that they combine the preferences of all the voters into an overall list.

I am going through these in the same order that they were ranked in the earlier poll of the best Prince albums. Now's the time of Lotus Flow3r. 12 songs to rank; MPLSound will be the subject of another poll.

Please don’t discuss the preliminary results or campaign for your favorite song(s) until the poll is closed. I plan to close the poll on Tuesday, but I may close it early if the preliminary results are discussed on this site. This is to make sure the poll is as accurate as possible.

Reverse the current list and that's my list. Why don't people like the title tracks? Those tracks are some of the best guitar tracks he's made.

Colonized Mind has won so easily. I'd have to revise the results of the previous polls, but I think it has been the easiest victory of all.

I knew Colonized Mind would win. But I'm still surprised by the animosity that fans have toward 4ever. Worse than $ and Wall of Berlin? Geez, it's a pretty solid pop/rock track.

Unfortunately I missed the vote on this poll, but have to say I agree with you 100% UL. If I'd voted 4ever would've come in second for me. Love that song...

I agree. I ranked it 2nd. That's my main discrepance with the results, together with Dreamer, which seems to be loved by many people, and which I find rather mediocre.
