The following ones:

1. Dream On by Aerosmith

2. Can't You Hear Me Knocking by The Rolling Stones

3. Ain't No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye

Dream On could be amazing by Prince. He could tear it up and take it to an untouched level.

I'd like to see him do something like Diana Ross' 'It's My Turn' on piano.

The whole funk band revue thing is really boring at this point for me, bit of a turn off actually. I'd rather see something a little more individual and exposed as a performer, it's his strongest suit according to... everybody, so let's see some strength rather than hiding behind a legion of shouty backing singers and medleys.

I think Prince should never play those 4 songs by the Family Stone he constantly plays over and over.

So he likes to play cover songs so what should he play?

my suggestion

Eddie Floyd-Knock on Wood

Thindersticks-Can We Start Again

Bruce Springsteen-Dancing in the Dark

David Bowie-Golden Years

Deep Purple-Burn

Al Green-Wish You Were Here

The Rolling Stones-Rock and a Hard Place

The Rolling Stones-Have Anybody Seen My Baby?

i would like his back up singers to sing the following songs instead of Angel and Misty Blue:

Teena Marie-Just a Sucker For Your Love

Minnie Riperton-Inside My Love

Divinils-I touch Myself

I would like Prince 2 sing " The Power of Love " by Stephanie Mills, " You Make Me Feel Mighty Real " by Slyver, lol

Revolutionary

"Stand!" by Sly and the Family Stone

"The Stick" by The Time

I'm aware he played "Stand!" recently in Denmark, but it should be played at least for a regular stint- Very surprised it hasn't surfaced sooner or more frequently.

I will say it was pretty amazing to see the closest thing I'll probably ever see to a Sly Stone reunion when Larry opened for Prince in San Jose. That whole show was magical. I only wish Larry and Sheila could have both shared the bill more.

Dream On would be dead on it- you are so correct. Makes brilliant sense to me.
