HMV London

I was in HMV yesterday at Fulham Broadway, LDN, they have the 21 nights book on sale for 5 pounds, which aint bad considering it also includes the CD with footage from two Indigo aftershows. Just letting you know, in case any of you UK fans dont have this already. wink

If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

That is a good price my friend, but if you head on down to Fopp Records in Shaftsbury Ave, they have new sealed copies for £3, i noticed them just last week when I was there.

It must be a national thing, because they are now £3 in Fopp Edinburgh too.

the cd is completely crap though, I was so disappointed,

imo. those horns on the cd sounds like "circus" music.

Yes, the cd could have been so much better, as could the book, but for £3 or £5 it is a nice bargain for those who don't yet have a copy.

I was at both of those aftershows and I can assure you the hornz where not like "circus" music lol , but it has jogged my memory on something that has bugged me for years. The hornz at the beginning of 3121, now I remember how I know this arrangement. I played in a brass N reed band for 8 yrs when I young, and we used to play this during practice sessions, not that I can remember the name of it...

As for the CD quality, it is poor, when it came out, I thought the boot versions where better but 3 or 5 pounds for this is a steal...

If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

I was right by fulham broadway st all day and night yesterday, didnt go into there. But I'm surprised that HMV had it their book section they never stock much Prince anymore, only main stuff like PR 1999 albums etc now. They must of got a leftover batch in there trying desperately to get rid of, its either sell it dirk cheap or bin them lol £5 is cheap tho.
