No offense to Prince's latest flavor of the moment, but sn't this what Sharon Jones already does much more energetically?

I like it.

Maybe I just have a poor memory (very possible) but has Prince or his band/members come out in recent years with specifically named dances like this? Seems like back in the 80s he'd do stuff like silly dances/named dances/etc often.

If this Cameroon dance is an indication that Andy is bringing out in Prince that latent sense of fun and playfulness with the music that seems (imo) to have been missing for awhile, I'm all for it.

Reminds me of how Vanity "danced" in Last Dragon and Action Jackson, LOL.

I think this is supposed to be a joke.

I like how out of all the proshot concert footage he has lying around, this is the snippet he chooses to unveil.

yeahthat

plus in a stage with 8000 people waiting for some magic, ain't nobody interrested in the boring cameroon dance for several minutes. The show was a hit and miss. Sometimes truly magical, sometimes damn boring. And I spent got damn 2800 kroners on tickets for me and my girlfriend. No overanalyze on this. The kiss dance is always entertaining.

Well, Prince was amazing! He sounded like James Brown! if Andy brings this

out in him, I'm thrilled. She does need to loosen up. Prince's other dancers-

ABT soloist Misty Copeland, the Twins, and Mayte were just exquisitely

perfect on stage, so just looking good won't be enough. She will want to

move fluidly with freedom.

I personally think Andy is a keeper. She contributes alot to his band and

will give him good performance for at least a few more years. She fills the void

left by Sheila E, and will no doubt grow professionally into a great all around

performer.cool

It's a beautiful, fonky thing. This tour is absolutely brilliant! Every night he reminds people why he's the greatest of them all, something that's echoed in just about every review to every show lol. Shit, the UK reviews called him the true King of Pop lol.

No need to say it twice. I'm not gonna be happy about this except the fact that this let my check out Andy's behind. Can't force myself to be thankful for a 10 second snippet of a dance. You know what would have been cool? A full song performance. But this is Prince we're dealing with...

Hilarious for so many reasons. She doesn't contribute anything except for paintings and dance moves.

Well I said it twice because two people complained about it twice. And you proabaly should just

sit back, and see what'll happen. Andy might talk him into releasing a DVD.

I guess I've been around too long to be optimistic about Prince's plans for concert footage. He's had many golden opportunities and squandered them.
