everyone talks about how cool prince is ..to me he seems like a geek trying to be cool

I love geeks. My partner is a really cool geek and looks astonishingly like this (minus the guitar; he doesn't play guitar); they could be twins:

Wrong way around, he's a cool geek. He doesn't hide the sci-fi influence in his music. He's obviously a fan of Blade Runner, The Matrix, and Star Wars.
