simply adore this CD. The title track is truly one of the most sexiest songs EVER, as for Pappa, Race, Loose etc. Dayum! P & the NPG in full effect.

I like this album, but I find it interesting that like a lot of Prince music, that what one likes about one album is what others don't. The songs you mention you like, are the ones on that album I find the weakest.

Can't believe how much love Letitgo seems to get. I swear that song must've sounded dated back in 93....

Hated it then, hate it now. What a fucking lead single eh, and the 'follow-up' to MBGITW, well done Prince! falloff

The album is fair. I like the background of La Sagrada Familia. But It's not about the album for me.

IT'S ABOUT SPACE......... worship love

I don't know what it is about this song but I am obsessed with it. It's like a drug for me. The more I hear it, the more I want to hear it again. It moves me in every way you can think of. touched It touches me it strokes me, it puts me into dream-mode and literally transports me out of reality. I just LOVE this song. I cannot get enough of it!! I don't even want to break it down and describe the sounds, lyrics or anything to explain why I love it so much. It would be sacrerelgious. But there isn't a second of it where it doesn't make me swoon.

love

The Fun With Vinyl people did a nice vinyl rip of this album.

For maximum warmth and fuzzy cosyness.

Love the album. Had to buy it twice, first one got stolen eek

Also cherish the cd single (release Australia and Asia) Let it go and great version of solo. In my top five.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

For the most part, I liked the CD. Of course, some songs more than others, but isn't that the case with most.

In retrospect I've come to prefer it over D&P and Symbol. I consider "Space" to be the weakest track, actually. "Letitgo" is pretty good on the other hand - I love the solo section on it.

I thought "Orgasm" was pretty cool when I was 15.

I have the album on tape and CD. The tape was a whole lot cheaper originally and I bought the CD later on. Them were the transitional years in technology.

This album is pretty underrated. Not his best, but there's some real gems here. Space is asbolutely one of my favorite Prince songs ever. I tend to prefer 18 & Over to Come for some reason, though, and the segues are unbearable, but what's new there.

I love the title track. The horns are awesome and it feels like an amazing journey. Shoot, it could go on for another eleven minutes and it would be ok by me.

I only rediscovered this album recently and ... love it!!!!! Back in the 90s I did not care much for it, interesting. My taste must have changed, because I now really like all the songs on it. smile

I only listen to Come when I am in the comfort of my home and not in the car driving. I listened to the title track and almost had a "moment" neutral.

"pheremone" ranks right up there with all his 80's greats. It fits the "Shockadelica" creative vibe.
