<Newpower Soul> Album??

on Wikipedia's Prince's discography...

http://en.wikipedia.org/w...iscography

<Newpower Soul> Album is not included as Prince's studio album...

"The One" is one of favorite songs of Prince...and this song is in this album! (I love the live version of this song...it's the best!)

Why is it not included? Does anyone know?

Thx! wink

The first sentence of the article reads:

"This article includes the discography of the musician Prince Also included is a list of the songs and recordings he has written and produced during his career. See also The New Power Generation and 94 East discographies."

If you select the link to The New Power Generation article, you will see it is listed there because it is credited as being an album by the New Power Generation as opposed to Prince.

I hope when it's lunchtime they are able to pick the food and put it inside their mouth by themselves...

confuse It seems from your first post that you have the album, it clearly says it's an NPG album on the artwork and spine.

Zzzzz.... Anyway, even though it SAYS it is an NPG album, there is no such band as the NPG. It's all Prince. Sometimes Sonny T did vocals, sometimes Tony M did vocals, but the music is always written and recorded by Prince except in the slimmest of slim chances that someone else's performance of something ended up on record.

It's also a perfect fourth disc to Emancipation. Not a terrible album but kind of hum-drum.
