I actually want to give a serious answer, but don't want anything to impact on the vagina theory which is clearly superior to anything else.

Nouveau, I'm kinda going with the "wet dreams" response. That seems to make the most sense.

I suppose he's saying do you dream about positive things (God, love, bla bla bla) or do you have wet dreams (lust, carnal stuff, etc.)

OK, here's what I think. Dream straight up is your dreams go straight up to heaven, they're peaceful, positive and an uninterupted sleep.

Dreaming in W's - your dreams go up down, they're unsettled - good (upwards) and bad (downwards, nightmares, bad conscience). Also it could mean you're waking up in the night a lot - physically making a "W" up and down like when they wake up from a nightmare in movies. If you've got shit on your mind, you're not going to have a peaceful nights sleep.
