The Current Concert Run Is Some Of The Best He's Done! We Need To Appreciate What We Have

Short and to the point.

The man is on absolute fire! SO energetic and exciting! Anyone can check the footage of Kiss from Norway or DiscoHeat/Baby I'm A Star from Copenhagen or even that Bass off at the same concert to see someone still at the top of his game, fit and healthy.

Then there are the aftershows that, according to accounts and footage, are among his best.

He's 30+ years into his career at 52 and shows no sign of slowing or fading. THAT is something special. Many of you find a criticism in everything he's doing today and instead of urging you to stop, just take a look at the bigger picture. He's still with us....he at least gave you great memories that shaped your later life, no doubt. That makes him deserve utmost respect and love, regardless, today...because he's still going, happy and healthy, passing on that memory of yours to new people in different ways.

We just don't want it to have to be a tragic event that makes this a realisation.

To me, of course, he's better than ever when you combine it all. He's the ultimate musician and entertainer. Bono said it at the 88 Grammys and it still applies today and i'm confident he'd agree.

he really hasnt aged much and is still energetic at 52. This is something that he doesnt get enough credit for. I saw some footage of the conert too and he's still an amazing performer live. Lets hope he can keep going on for years.

I could not agree with you more!!! The dancing during Kiss in Norway was a great example of how Prince moves way better than he ever did in the past, or at least equally great. We can be happy and thankful that he is not only still with us, but also still performing with such obvious passion and joy! Some people may only realize what they lost once he is gone ... I sure hope that still won't happen for a very very long time!!

Also to me, Prince is better than ever nowadays and I am enjoying and cherishing him fully!!!

Gohi

Could not disagree more. This is the worst he's been since '97. He was way better in Montreux than in his recent string of shows.

I couldn't agree more. Combined with what I've seen from the first run of European shows, he's absolutely on fire.

Playing percussion alongside Sheila E., playing Bass, dancing more energetically than he has in YEARS, and a general sense of freedom and energy that is reminescent of his "youth"... all make 4 some incredible live performances.

"He's a musician's musician..."

i agree! The current tour is one of his best. Saw him 4 times this year....

So much Energy, fantastic interaction with the crowd, perfect guitar playing, and his dancing again ( which i missed)....

Just a big party.....
