2020: How accurate will Prince's predictions be?

With a decade to go what are your predictions?

The year is 2020
And in the club - Love4OneAnother
Students dance 2 the heartbeat of the drum

3000 or more dance on the dance floor
Same aesthetics - everyone
Taste the color, smell the fun

The force of nature is what brought us here
The walls between us soon all disappear
The year is 2020 and there's no more fear

Can U see this? (Mm hmm)
Peace and happy people
(Mm hmm)

Soooo, his prediction is that people went to a club and danced, some of them being students?

Okay. That's happening right now, so I assume it will happen in 2020 as well.

Yeah, I can see happy people dancing in the club. Whether there will be peace or not..not sure. If Prince puts out a freaking awesome cd around that time, then yeah, all will be peaceful since all will be focused on this amazing piece of work. There is hope for the future yet...lol

Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol

I can see the people dancing in the club happening.

And the drug use (taste the color, smell the fun).

But I definitely don't think he is going to find

"Peace and happy people" especially if the org

is still around!

For me, this song always brought to mind the performance of Elephants & Flowers from Graffiti Bridge.

The implications are huge. A club called Love4OneAnother, walls between dancers disappearing, no more fear and last but not least a health and safety department that allows 3000 or more on a dancefloor.

There will be no life in 2020 if all the people in the world won't stop acting like a bunch of aggresive idiots.

Plus "taste the colour, smell the fun" sounds rather ominous....like somebodys done a tricky shit and the loos are overflowing.

That one sounds like some drug reference.

Prince couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, so there's little chance of him having adequate toilet facilities for 3000 clubbers off their face on Jehovah and cream cheese bagels. Plus he'll be at the adult nappy stage in life by then himself probably.

Actually the correct lyrics are not "same aesthetics", but

"Synesthetics everyone, taste the colour smell the fun".

Synesthesia is a merging and/or interchanging of the senses, apparently caused by either a neurological disorder or the effect of drugs... so yes, it may be a drug reference.
