For the person that was wondering what the exterior material of the round building is made of.

From what I remember seeing in person back in 2004, it's plain old cinder block that has been painted white.

Very cheaply built in comparison to the Paisley Studios.

He should really demolish it instead of all those other worthy buildings he owns.

We've had a very similar discussion about the poor quality build of the round structure many years ago on this site someplace.
