Do you think Prince will start performing his "retired "song again

Erotic City,Darling Nikki,Sexy MF and many other popular songs would made fans go crazy

and Prince knows it.

he played samples of Nasty Girl,Erotic City ,Darling Nikki on 2007 tour in London and just listen to the crowd reaction

it was bigger and much more enthusiastic then on the actual songs he played.

Prince knows that but will he do it?

I think he will.

Eventually, when Prince cuts the final strands of his connections to the Jehovah's Witnesses.

It has been long rumored that Prince's adulation (as seen on TRC) wanes. The most recent confirmation of this being him describing himself as a questioning JW.

Nah, I think his days singing the full lyrics to "Sister" are done. If he ever does do them again, they'll be as instrumentals or with new lyrics, i.e. "Sexuality" became "Spirituality" etc. I don't have a problem with that. I don't feel I need to hear a 52yr old singing about jizzing on wedding gowns lol

Not long ago.

There's a certain site with certain clips of a certain song you might be referring to that were done around Musicology.

ok, i guess my point is, not all of his retired songs are sexual in content, and they have just as much of a chance of making a crowd go wild as the sex songs would, maybe even more so...

imo, it is a bit silly if prince decides on a repertoire based on whether or not the songs are kosher for JW's.

as a music lover and appreciator of any artist's work, i love hearing them play the songs that defined them as artists.

i dont think any audience member would judge prince as a person based on what songs he plays, unless that person is Larry of course, or some other similar type of christian hypocrite.

i could never comprehend the arrogance it must take to walk out on a prince concert simply because he was swearing and gyrating on the stage..

and if you leave because you were stupid enough to bring your children, then dont come back as far as i'm concerned, you're too dumb for this privelege anyway.

but i still think prince has a lot of songs that are 'inoffensive' to the prudes and judgers, that he hasnt played for a long time, that people would really enjoy.

it's music, and it's good music. but if he just doesnt feel like playing them then so be it i guess.
