I have a question. I have downloaded several different versions of The love 4 One another Tv special from the mid 90s. everyone is missing the first part where Prince takes over VH-1 and they show NPG videos. Is this part part called something else? I used to have it on vhs and it was show together but for some reason the first part is always missing. I am not asking where to get it just the name of what this show was called. Hopefully someone will know this

Here's a link to an old UPTOWN article that references the Love 4 One Another special. Looks like the half hour show was called Video Break (though this particular article doesn't refer to it as the actual title of the show..but I seem to remember that that was the case..) and was just a special Prince version preceding the L41A telecast.

Isn't the take over thing different than the Love 4 One Another special? L40A had his "soul mate" fan searching him out at Paisley Park, as he hid out upstairs.

The VH1 Take Over seems like a different special, as I remember it, and might have started before the L40A special. Kind of tagged together.

They were aired the same night, but it was like a different special.
