Famous musicians Prince has shared the stage with

I have seen videos of a recent performance with Stevie (2010)and another one with Q Tip (2008)at the House of Blues.

With that being said, I know in his 30 plus years, he's jammed with other big name (and lesser known) artists.

Can any orger provide the names and year these meeting happened?

**Please note: Non NPG, Revolution, Time, or associated artists are what I am referring to***

Not sure how strict about these things, but the "Baby I'm A Star" performance at the AMA's alone probably had some famous folks up there w/ him. Same goes for the 1995 (-4?) performance of "We Are The World" w/ Quincy and everyone.

Can't mention James Brown without putting Michael Jackson right after (I'm sure P wants to forget that day). Also check out the video of him doing While My Guitar Gently Weeps for a few more names.

Didn't he sing with India Arie at an awards show couple years ago? And what about Alicia Keys?

Wonder when Santana's going to tour in this area again?

You are correct and when I asked about this coming-together of the two greatest rockers on Earth over at the Springsteen site backstreets.com, everyone thought I was a nut! But it happened.

I also read once, long ago, that Bruce had done "Little Red Corvette" once on, I think, the Born in the USA tour, but again no one could find anything about that.

Does Don Johnson of "Miami Vice" count? He took the stage with Prince for a song in Miami at the end of the "Purple Rain" tour. There was the funniest quote at the time by Prince, who didn't know Johnson was coming onstage and wasn't sure who he was, but was happy he at least knew the right chords to play on the guitar.
