This has been confirmed by someone who works for the newspaper "Le courrier international"...same thing from his own words for the other European Newspapers...at this moment we don't know yet if this is only suspended or cancelled !!

Anyway, let's see if it is cancelled only in France or all over Europe (Daily Mirror is still advertising with fanfare).

Actually I think most people won't even care, it's not like it was an anticipated comeback record, Prince releasing an album every year or so is a non-event at this point and this release wasn't as hyped as LotusFlow3r or 3121.

I wonder if Prince just lost interest, but he will present this story as something like "the evil suits at the record labels are jealous of my different methods so they used their connections and killed the release"...

The site of the Nieuwsblad (Belgian Newspaper) still has the add on its mainpage so no sign of postponement or cancellation there.

oh yeah we know he would But he will be ripped to shreds by fans and media surely he wouldn't want that. Even that is going too far for Prince, its coming out in 3 days!

4 some reason this doesn't surprise me..but to leave it so late when the ball was actually rolling smacks of incompetence....if Prince is behind this then he should be ashamed....it may however be something else....I'll await my judgement till further details come out, but if this is all about Prince getting a better deal...well, lets just say I probably won't be the only one boycotting him...he still owes me a bloody expensive t-shirt!!

If it's not ok'd by Prince then it's a problem ..... he calls the shots, it's his music, his work so i guess he's right!
