When I was 19 I lost 30 lbs. bicycling to "1999" and "Around The World In A Day" playing on my Walkman! Plan to lose some more exercising at home to a select personally made CD of my favs--including the two I just mentioned, this time on my Ipod. wink

Most of the Controversy album has a good, snappy, exercise vibe to it.
Like Private Joy, Let's Work, Sexuality, etc.

Loose, is another tune with that workout kinda feel.

Hey, I love it when "I Will" comes on during a workout. Not that it's up-tempo, but the message of "I will get it done, I will never quit, etc." resonates during a workout for me.

I also like hearing "Vavoom", as well as "Endorphinmachine" and "Guitar" (especially the version from the Jay Leno Show).
