Who won the year Prince could/should have been nominated?

Start digging. The same effort you put in will be what anyone else puts in. It's not hard to find out. I'd look on Prince's wikipedia page, and look at when he was nominated. Then look up the winners that year, and viola - answers galore.

It's either A Taste of Honey or Rickie Lee Jones, I wasn't sure on the year ERNEST...sorry for bothering you....

You aren't bothering anyone. I'm saying, sometimes digging up that sort of information yourself is quite cool. It's a great personal study to dig up stuff, and make personal comparisons. It'd actually be a cooler post to pull together the 411 you desire, then create a new post based on that. Like "The year that ATWIAD should have been nominated, ___________ won." Just put the stuff out there, and it'd create a great discussion.

I do that a lot. When my iTunes is rolling away, I'll be looking up songs that come up...the backgrounds U run into r awesome.

all that said...i do still put up questions that would b just as easy to look them up myself. I just get lazy sometimes or feel the question will spur a debate or discussion.
