Anyway - this is an EXCELLENT release. The sound quality on this is superb - make no mistake, these are the BEST versions of these songs available. "Wonderful Ass" in this good quality makes this worth having alone, and "We Can Funk" sounds better than I've ever heard it before, too. |

I own the old LP vinyl bootleg from 1987/88 (?)... this was called "Chocolate Box" long before the recent song from MPLS - and those 2 songs were included back then. Good idea to go back to the old boots and rework them with high grade versions.
I always love those old boots, Crucial, Charade, Purple Underground. Choclate box was one of my first boots, I had it on tape summer of 1990, thats when I started to get hardcore, I even missed the England world Cup quarter final because I had Prince tickets. Something BIG Is Coming. |
