Whilst I was really hoping that P takes at least a year off and finds his purple mojo again I am actually pleased. Here's the reason, I am hoping that his pride was sufficiently hurt by the whole Purple and Gold opinions to jolt him into purple Super Hero mode and deliver a super funky track, rather like he did with the PFUNK track. Wouldn't it be great it the new song used Sheila E's Super Bowl cool drum pattern.
Anyway, my expectations now are so low that I won't bother to wait up til 1am but sincerley hope that I am pleasantly surprised.

Oh, yeah, I know. I haven't heard the tune. Curious as to why Radiohead got name dropped in this text? Usually writers pull out the stranges connections (in lack of other things to say, I reckon), and I really cannot imagine Prince playing in the same field as the likes of Radiohead. Radiohead seems to be about the head, while Prince is mostly the head through the body.
