Have anyone ever noticed how it seems at times, it seems like he's a different person?

Like look at that picture, he has a shockingly skinny bone structure/neck and shockingly delicate and very feminine features. It practically seems like you could just touch them and they would fall apart . He also has very light skin, way too light for a black man. And way too young looking for a 50 something year old man. Also his eyes are a lot lighter here too and much thinner eyebrows.


Compare it to that picture, his features are fairly masculine and although he's still light skinned, he looks like a light skinned black guy. Also his skin is darker and he looks like has a lot healthier weight. He looks a lot older hear than he does nowadays more than 30 years later. His eyes are a lot darker here as well and bushier eyebrows.

What I'm saying is it seems like Prince has the opposite effect of aging, even in a scary way. As if it's artificial or something. I'm not saying had plastic surgery or anything, but it's just odd how he changed so much. It's even possible he uses impersonators sometime. Please don't take this too offensiely, but I know you get what I'm saying, unless you blind..

if you don't think he has had any cosmetic surgery you are either clueless or in denial, or both.

l dont think he has any surgery done... u can tell he looks after his skin so well...he just keeps himself well....and eat well and drinks plenty of water and excercise well to maintain his healthy skin and body....
photoshopped or airbrush do tend to make u look younger.....l knw how photography works,,

His complexion is not way too light for a black man. There are many within our race group even lighter than Prince. I cannot believe so many people in 2010, are still uneducated about the various complexions within the Black American group in this country. We don't all look alike. I don't take anything you say offensively, just kind of shocked so many people don't take the time or make the effort to learn about the various complexions/hair textures/features/various ethnic groups of Black people in America, the Caribbean and Africa.

Efan I'm with you on Oprah. I've heard rumours (from people that have been to her show) that it takes close to 2 hrs for her stylists to slap her makeup on.

The nurse I work with is exactly the same complexion as Prince, and she identifies as a Black woman, married to a black man, and she has two Black parents. I think when some folks see the term "Black" when describing people of African/African-American descent, right away they think they all have to be extremely dark-skinned.

Black is a general term that many Black people in this country use to define themselves as part of one race group, although many of us come from various cultures/some choose to use the term African-American, although we all vary in complexion. You have to remember that many things happened in the past in America/Caribbean during the transatlantic slave trade, that folks don't like to talk about. Let's not forget that there have also been many consensual, mixed relationships over the years to present day, that had nothing to do with the slavery era, is why there are so many, varied complexions among African-Americans/Blacks. Honestly I think African-Americans are the only group that find themselves constantly having to explain their existence and varied physical appearances and complexions.
