Monaco Bootleg 2009 Question

Is there a bootleg from Monaco 2009? I found one online that read: "Monaco Live 2009 + ONATDT" ONATDT is "One Nite Alone At The Dinner Table". Some of the songs on that 2nd disk feature "Yonnet". No idea who or what that is, but I hope it's a person.

I'm going to download it, but is there some 411 on it?

Edit: They're dated August 13, and 16, 2009.

.

You don't know who Yonnet is? That's the French harmonica player that was with Prince briefly for a few performances around the time Lotusflow3r.com was launching.

Duh. What doesn't get b00tlegged?

And online as in `download`?
That's not a bootleg, it's just a file! biggrin

Of course we cannot discuss bootlegs here, so probably I cannot give you links to databank-like sites. That's the freedom that corporate america allows you. Free speech? Not anymore.

That's a lie. We are free to discuss any bootleg here. I didn't ask for a link or even hinted. In fact, I said the opposite. I said I am going to download it, saying "I found one online".

IMO, the Sabotage recordings are the best source for shows #1 and 2, and Free Boot Generation for the 3rd show.

That's a lie.

Sure.
So go ahead:
Post a complete review, with pics, and fair quality assessment.
Also say where approximately you got the stuff. (without nailing the dealer)

I don't have a review. The point of the thread is to ask for information on them, if someone has them, and what they thought of them. I'd not heard of the boot. It was quite by accident that I ran across it. It was 6 disks, and I grabbed them all. It seems to have extensive artwork as well. I've not gotten to listen to any of them yet. They're in FLAC, and I've not encoded them for iTunes yet. (Man, I wish someone would successfully create a hack for iTunes so folks could listen to FLAC, APE, and SHN formats on it...just sayin'.)

As far as the dealer....I always stay sly and say "In the usual places". hahahaha

Why itunes?
Squeezebox plays flac without issue.
Same for mp3, etc.

Proprietary solutions aren't the best.

W.r.t. the review:

My guess is that when you post one, especially with pictures of the artwork etc, you will be warned or worse by the 'powers' that be.
That's the effect of the system that was created over there and is seeping into the rest of the world (google a bit about the secret (!) ACTA negotiations).

Better find a good source for the stuff and be cautious about it...
