In all fairness...'cause I'm all about being fair...for me, my reaction to the song isn't all Prince's fault.
I saw the thread title "Prince creates fight song for Minnesota Vikings!" and in my head I heard "Days of Wild" which this song is so not. The choppy snippet I heard sounded like nails on a chalkboard, but it was a choppy snippet and as sweet little optimistic RubyButterfly said, (paraphrasing) maybe the song is more than what we've heard thus far. :fetalposition: I'm firmly planted in denial | |

When it comes to things like this I always wanna click and hopefully find something awesome, I always listen to new Prince stuff hoping for the best.....but lately I just ends up with my hands on my face shaking my head.
I at honestly try to be objective, but this song is not just pretty damn bad, its awful. Just plain terrible. But i guess its the thought that counts, lol Maybe the Vikings can re-gift the song to the Lakers or to a pimp or something. | |
