I'm pretty sure he draws the designs himself and then gets his team to make the clothes for him at Paisley, his clothes are all custom made obviously, so you're not going to be able to buy them in the shops if that's what you were thinking. Anyway, hope this answers you're question.

I have a feeling it is like his music where he says that, for instance, Bria helped write the songs; I think he does most of the design himself and the woman figures out how to make it work (as in what kind of fabrics to use, etc). great article squirrel..thanks for posting.
I wonder if all his clothes are still made by those ladies in PP? Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I wonder if all his clothes are still made by those ladies in PP? This article is from NPG Magazine #3, circa Spring 1995. I think, since Paisley Park was dormant for so long, Prince excised his entire clothing staff several years ago. LeAnne Doescher has since worked for Michael Bolton. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
