If you had a magic wand. What would the next Prince album be musically? Would it be covers? Would it be a live record of new songs? Would it be a new compiliation of his alter egos..bob george,spooky electric,camille?

I want the Roadhouse Garden album that was announced in 1998...but new stuff would be awesome, as well.

I don't think Prince needs to keep buying into the electro movement (coz I get the 'trying to be modern' vibe from Lotusflow3r) currently at large (in the UK anyway), by any standards this man does not need to follow trends. Realistically, the guy should produce whatever he wants but I'd love to hear him stripped down, like just focussing on music as opposed to how he can destort sound, as infamous as he is for that. Maybe something Electronic with a Gaga sound 2 it. Heck maybe him and Gaga should do a duet. It would help his career immensely. Much better than what O know we are getting, an album that sounds like the last 5 and yet another protege shaking her ass to his veteran horns and late 80s rap stylings (Eg a beatdown).

I wish he releases some new stuff and oldies remastered and live recorded, such as:

i dont get the impression he's had to really work hard for a womans attention in some time ... or for his fans respect ... i dont think i am the only one who has bought every single prince album and pretty much thought the last decade was a real stinker .. i still keep buying them and women still keep drooling over him ... hes not hungry anymore and it shows ... he hasnt been so desparately in love that his lyrics oozed with poetry in a while ... understandable ... i can understand losing faith in love and in your fans and not caring anymore and feeling defensive like u have to write a 3 cd set explaining yourself ... its just not why i connected to him in the first place and i still have hope that that mr. sensitive is still in there .. as does everyone i am sure .. i just dont think he has let that guy out in a while or maybe he is just to rich to relate to his audience anymore i just cant dig his lyrics or tones ... i watched that chocolate box vid the other day .. that stupid auto tune all over a song about how some girls got to have a hot car before he'll even check her out ... this is prince why the fuck does he need or want auto tune ... sign o the times i guess
