I would never, ever correct anyone else. But I don´t want to go off topic....yes, he wore that coat ( and the blue version of it) during the European leg of the New Power Soul/Jam of the Year tour.Perhaps he also wore them during the American leg of that tour but as far as I recall he mostly wore that "Brrrrr" NPG parka back then and the red and blue furry collar coats came a bit later. Haven't you learned to ignore ernest like everyone else. He never adds anything positive, and he is a complete know-it-all. I knew it wasn't just me when 3 different orgers mentioned it to to me and now you. Some people may be lacking other places in their life, so when they hide behind a computer they can make up for being a nobody in real life and try to be somebody in cyberspace. But then they just end up being a NEGATIVE ASS. As for these pictures the first one I can completely see why thedance would add that disclaimer. And I too have not seen those before. I am glad you can just add pertinent information to the thread without sounding demeaning or condescending. Except for that Prince in a casket picture...  I like Ernie..

it's December the 24th... and here in Denmark we're gonna celebrate tonight, dancing around the christmas tree, opening the family presents, eating duck and steak, etc....

All hail Partyman!! But then who is Vicky Vale of the Org??? All hail To be honest, I really, really appreciate Ernest´s contributions to the org and he seems to have a huge knowledge of music, among other things.
True,sometimes he does sound very sarcastic, and maybe a bit negative or even tactless (for instance when he talks about the death of Prince´s child or when he pigeonholes people who smoke pot) but, all in all, I think the org wouldn´t be the same if it wasn´t for org members like Ernest and Bart. And he has his funny moments, too. However, I couldn´t resist correcting his mistakes because he´s got this habit of correcting other people, which is fine because you can always learn... but yes, his tone is sometimes a bit off but deep inside he seems to be a very funny, witty, helpful,friendly and smart person, which is obvious when you read his posts, and that, in my opinion, outweighs the negative aspects by far. | |
