P 3D Animated Movie Script Ideas

Here's an updated pic of a 3D model I made a while back. I had to put this pet project on hold for a bit but I decided to start work on it again. Any script ideas for a 3D Animated movie?

Any other 3D artists, animators willing to work on this? Also, I know I won't be able to call him by his real name. Name ideas welcome.

Thanks.

Thats pretty darn good!

I haven't any ideas for ya but, P usually has that parting in his hair more to the side of his head rather then centre which is just a curtains look. Depends what era your going for though. It looks today so, that's why i thought i'd mention it as most of the rest is perfect.

Wow, this is awesome.
I love how the eyes have life in them, lots of times eyes on 3d models have no life.
Love it.

I already have the copyright on "The Purple Lord" anyway. Available at finer adult stores soon!

Under fair use laws you can legally use your own original work of art to parody a celebrity. So it's cool as long as you don't use his name, his actual mnage, company name or logo or any other trademarks.

As long as you're willing to pay the lawyers while he litigates what constitutes parody be my guest.

Well, that's encouraging...Celebrity images are parodied all the time on television, in print, and in the movies (Scary Movie series, Dance flick, etc) I've researched this quite a bit. It's fine if it's done right.

Ask the mother of the baby dancing to "Let's Go Crazy" how fine it is.

Did you forget who we're talking about?

It's not that you're in the wrong.
The law would be on your side.

It's he can keep you tied up in litigation (That he would eventually lose) because he has alot of your money to play with. And because of this, he wins even if he theoretically would lose.

You know... that image looks less retouched than most of his more recent promo shots.

There are two major problems with this concept.

1. Lawsuit bait.

2. Nobody wants to see the real version of Prince in a movie, much less a 3D animated version of him.

"What kind of fuck ending is that?"

This is a great start! The eyes are good, but the nose, lips and face shape could use a little tweaking. I'm not saying that to belittle your work; I think what you're doing is awesome! So awesome that I really want it to resemble Prince as much as possible! excited

I am not a computer animator, which makes what I just said sound more rude than it did to begin with. I'm sorry. lurking

Anyway, they don't do 3D animation per se, but the orgers PurpleRain747 and VenusBlingBling can draw Prince amazingly well! Venus did a great drawing for me a while back, and PR747 has done some of the most incredible sketches of P. I have ever seen! omfg If they can lend a hand to this project, it will be AWESOME. Where are you, ladies???

As far as a name for the model, why not just call him "P." ? lol

Brilliantly done, I'm impressed SGMUSIC> How about calling him Captain Funk, on his way to Planet Mars, ready to recruit his army of funk soldiers and lead them to the purple light. cool There should be a typical good/evil theme like all stories and life. Only I don't know what we should call the enemy...

then it would be unrecognizable as Prince

I think it would be cool to make some cool iconic establishing shots that could be used for a variety of things like advertisements, intros, music videos.

something like an arty zoom back as he is about to strum his guitar, with moody purple clouds in in the background, purple rain, doves flying, neon city signs from sign o the times displaying song tittles as the camera spins around 360
A sexy buxom scantily clad woman in the background to represent Appolonia or Vanity is a must!

fantastic stuff....been thinking of something like this for a while....of course it could never be 'officially' released...unless of course Prince was on board...and that'll never happen...shame really...but it shouldn't stop a project like this...so long as no money changes hands how much trouble can u get in I wonder?
