Considering that all the tracks on it have surfaced elsewhere it's not necessary to get it but makes a nice collector item. When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

I foolishly bought a live boot from the same seller (although I only wanted it for the artwork) and the retard doesn't even know how to remove the one second gap between tracks!!  Some people are like Slinkies...

I think Ebay only realy takes action if you report stuff to them. They will remove a seller and his items but you have fill out the online forms, copy and paste all the item numbers from one seller in breach, up to a maxium of 10 items. Explain how the item has breached Ebay policy from a pull down (couterfeit item, copright infringement etc). They really do rely on their members rather than have a dedicated team doing it themselves. Another example is fake Nintendo DS games. If a listing states does not work on Nintendo DSi (the new model) then it's definitely a fake cartridge. there are loads of them on there. ALL official nintendo DS game cartridges are compatible with the new DSi, 2 or 3 official games work but with very minor limited functionality. [Edited 8/4/09 2:29am] Just somewhere in the middle,

I remember years and years ago buying a Gameboy Advance game from an eBay, it all looked fine until I took the catridge out the box and on the back it said "NINTONDO" 
Never bought anything like that from eBay again! | |
