O(+> Interactive

back in the day when Interactive was released it contained 3 unreleased tracks that you discovered through the game.

From memory I thought they were - Interactive, Endorphin Machine and Cybersingle.

Can anyone confirm / amend this list?

No Cybersingle. That came later via npgonlineltd.

The 2 exclusive tracks were Interactive which was included as both a video - (same as the TV Beautiful Experience special version) as you "crash landed" at the beginning of the game, and as an audio track on the CD (shorter version than the Crystal Ball album one) and at the end of the game you were rewarded with the clip of Endorphinmachine. This was the fantastic raw live version - no Cowbells! (recorded at the same time as the TOTP performance of the live Mustang Mix of TMBGITW - you can see the TOTP letters on the curtain behind Prince and the NPG)

Thanks for clearing it up - my old mind is playing purple tricks on me.

There are YouTube vids of clips from the game, including the songs mentioned.

The original release (not the version I have) had an audio CD portion that would play Interactive in a normal CD player.

My copy came bundled with a few other titles in a blister-pack, so I don't know what pressing I have. I'll have to dig it out. I do know that it crashed my Macintosh Centris 610 so much that I never played it.

I can probably get it to work on my wife's PC with Windows XP, right?

Yes, but U need to set the resolution to 640x480 for the safe to work.

I bought the copy with track 2. The audio song was a shorter version of "Interactive" that later was on "Crystal ball". I never played the game as I never had a computer until years after, by then it was obselete lol

You probably have the same pressing as me (mine was bundled with a lot of other discs too). Put yours in a regular CD player - if Interactive plays, you have a first issue.

I haven't played "the game" in at least 10 years, and that was only on a work PC.

I pulled a lot of the content off of it just by browsing the file structure, including Interactive, Endorphinemachine, and several videos.

I pulled the music files off the ROM back in the day as well. I'll toss it into my audio CD player as you suggested and see if it plays. I remember holding out for a good price on the retail packaged (single disc) Interactive game, but the blister-pack set with all the other titles was only $5 at Best Buy, so I couldn't pass it up.
