Funny how things change... Prince, do the right thing!

Last week I created a thread called something like "Michael Jackson songs that Prince could do better".

I would have honestly been sick if Prince I had ever heard Prince perform a Michael song...but now... that's what I would truly like to see.

I was a Michael Jackson fan before I was a Prince fan, but Prince just took over everything in my mind with the release of When Doves Cry. I say that to say that I have/had tremendous respect for Michael Jackson as a phenomenal talent.

I would now love to see Prince do something special... simply out of respect.

I'm not talking about a dedication song... like "Nighshift" for Marvin Gaye, or about a song that praises Michael... although if anyone can write something colorful and creative, it would be Prince.

I'd love to see Prince perform something like Man in the Mirror, or Remember the Time at a memorial service.

True, Michael had issues... and perhaps scarred some people for life, if the some of the allegations are/were true. But now is a time to simply honor the man's talent.

I think Prince should be a part, and if a group collaboration is requested of him, I would HOPE that Prince doesn't stiff any group collaboration effort as he did back when We Are the World was made.

Prince... do the right thing.

Probably because people stop reading posts at... oh the 25th page or so. So if you want somebody to respond to your idea it might be a good idea to start a new thread. Of course that won't stop these FASCIST moderators from nipping it as I.... lol

Prince will do what he feels is right. That's for him to decide. We all respond in our own ways. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do in Prince's shoes.

Your Prince, do the right thing and do a memorial command is stil bullshit and there are MJ threads you could have posted this "thought" on. I understand that a firm criticism made public is kind of irksome, but thats the price you pay for posting this kind of crap (orders) on a semi public forum.

I can't speak for Prince, but I'm doing 'the right thing' and reporting your pointless thread to the moderators as something that would better served as a reply on any of the other numerous Michael Jackson threads.
