Pop Life - I just realized

that the song features prominent slap and pop bass. Came to me when I heard the lyric "
Unless its got that pop..."

That's a style BrownMark was known for and why Prince really liked his playing
He said he could play the bass like percussion

Brown Mark was Prince's 1st choice for the SOTT band, Levi his 2nd option thru Sheila
