I am really shit at remembering stuff like this. Most people recall the seat they sat in! I have trouble with the dates.

8 I think!!

Act II – Wembley Stadium (London)
Gold Experience – Wembley Arena (London)
Gold Experience – Wembley Arena (London)
Gold Experience – Wembley Arena (London)
Jam of the Year – Wembley Arena? (London)
Jam of the Year – Brixton Academy (London)
ONA – Hammersmith Apollo (London)
ONA – Aftershow (London)

Favourite?

That’s tough, each one has special memories: Brixton should have rocked but Prince was in one of his moods!! ONA and Aftershow best for the performances. Act II, “they say the first time ain’t the greatest but” I was knocked for 6 that night on the pitch in Wembley Stadium, I will never forget how I felt! I nearly pissed my pants when I saw him, standing there, on stage for the first time!!

strange, i always thought Brixton rocked, maybe that's cause i was nearly at the front. It was awesome.

first time i saw him in 88, it did bring a tear to my eye.Infact, even now i still get a little emotional when i first see the little fella standing there.

I've lost count...i know that sounds bad, but i've been to about 50-plus Paisley/Glam Slam shows since the early 90's.

I'm very lucky to have witnessed him evolve over the past 10 years or so. The one thing I truly miss from Prince are the frequent after-bar shows he'd perform every so often. We got to hear a lot of the new stuff, as he was working on it, as it was being recorded, spots in videos, late nite jams, guests like GC, Mavis, Jellybean, LG.

My all time fave shows:
In a larger venue, the Lovesexy and the Mill City shows.
In smaller settings, the late nite pre-Gold Experience concerts, 93-95, were just out of this world. No band before or since has ever come close to capturing the energy of those shows and i'll never forget them.

Funny this should come up! Just last night I found a piece of paper with all of the performances I've seen! As of a couple years ago it was about 30, so it's well past that now thanks to the last two tours and celebrations! Living in LA I've been lucky enough to see several TV show tapings and shows close by like Las Vegas.

Favorite shows:
-The Key Club '98(Leno aftershow, AMAZING energy!)
-Vegas Hit N Run '00 (Wife got sung to during Scandalous, and I danced on stage!)

I can't wait to make more memories!!!

there was a guy in my local paper the 'Yorkshire Evening post' last month who jetted out to Tokyo. It said he's spent over £4000 watching Prince over the years and he's seen him hundreds of times. He went to ONA in Manchester on 7th October and he was the guy that sang 'Call me' there.his Devotion seems to have payed off and prince recognises him now.

i remember his quote was "watching Prince is just like supporting a football team, except i know i'm going to get a winning performance every time"

i wonder if he's an .orger? confuse

I agree, don't get me wrong (Cherry and Bluebird) Brixton was great. That's what I meant, that it would be right up there if it had gone on into the night as expected.

I was at the Park West show too in '96. Do you remember when he pulled in his pant strings, like he was going to take them off?? I screamed like a little girl!!

And how was the United Center show? Were all the Bulls there? Any highlights you can remember?

Yup. I'm lucky to be in Minneapolis and to have seen him live all the way back to March 1982 which was my first show on the Controversy tour. With all the Paisly shows and everything I'm easily over 100 as someone else here had said. With the help of some of the Uptown books I might be able to come up with a number if I worked at it.
