"Bob George"... was this ever performed live?

I had a couple of looooong drives to make over the last week, so I loaded up the CD-R MP3 player in the Civic with a ton of stuff I haven't been able to listen to... including a few boots and so forth.

I was listening to a rehearsal for the "Sign 'O' The Times" shows, and I almost passed out when I head "Bob George". Did he really perform this in shows? I didn't think that would have made the cut.

Yes. On the Lovesexy Tour like mentioned. I just wanted to add, it is(was) a great show. I (might) have that on video. "The Cross" is awesome on that video!

my very FAVORITE live video. strangely enough, the audio alone doesn't strike me as one of his better concerts. but watching it with the visuals is a life changing experience.

I just have the bootleg VHS set somewhere and the Livesexy boot CDs. I do know that they did jack the order around between the VHS and LD.

Agreed. I used to watch that VHS (boot, since there wasn't a US release) set quite often. I was also lucky enough to see the show live in Minnesota.

Wasn't there a part during Bob George where it looked like he was beating up Cat?

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I think you must've been listening to a Lovesexy rehearsal, not a Sign O' The
Times one. As I'm pretty sure he never played or rehearsed Bob George on
the Sign O' The Times tour.
