Has Prince ever covered a Todd Rundgren song live?

Funny I was listening to 'I saw the light' and thought it sounded like the kind of melodic pop ditty that prince used to write and even the guitar solo sounds kinda Prince, so does anyone know if P has covered this or any of Todd's songs ?

I'm a HUGE Todd Rungren fan (and Prince fan), and I'm surprised Prince hasn't paid more homage to Todd, who must have been a big influence on him.

Todd's album, "Something/Anything" came before Prince and is as sprawling stylistically as "Sign of the Times" and must have impacted Prince. Todd is also a musical genius, playing most instruments himself.

If you haven't heard Todd's album "Acapella" (1985) I highly recommend it. All the sounds on the album are his voice, strained through an "emulator" synth to sound like instruments, and the songs are beautiful, strange, and show the kind of adventurousness I wish Prince would shoot for.

Todd is God!

Todd is Great! I always thought Prince would play "The Last Ride" like it was his own.

I think P could do 'Dust In The Wind', such a beautiful song cool
