Pheromon instrumental question (the bootleg/TV show version)

Hi,

Which TV show was given the intrumental of Pheromon that's circulating on bootleg, & when was it?

I do not know any information about Boots, or Legs LOL (reapeat after me )


Well, technically this was officially aired on TV so that's not the bootleg i'm talkin' bout but the tv show lol

I think it was a video show called something like "Video Soul" on vh1 or BET

I dont think he was credited but I always loved that music and thought "man, i remenber when Prince used to create badass music like this!"

I think he also wrote the theme song foe Magic Jhonson's talk show with Sheila as Band leader.

there r actually TWO circulationg versions : 1 is 3 minutes sumthin' & the other 4 minutes sumthin'. NOW i wish i knew which one was aired...

Video LP with Madelyn Woods. Sherry Carter also hosted Video LP but Madelyn was hosting it when BET changed the theme song to the unreleased version of Pheromon. biggrin

I just realize that none of these versions can b the one that was aired: no tv show's debut or end credits r that long. Any one who can help?

It was definitely credited to him. I remember watching the day they debuted it. They opened to it and she danced to it and talked about how funky it was. And then they played it on the way out. After that, I think they just used a shortened version for the credit sequence.

That's all from memory, though, so I could be wrong...

Ok, thanx, hopefully they'll manifest 'emselves. I'm asking because i'm working on la list/collection on every TV/radio broadcast which is y i need 2 know which version(s) of it was/were aired.
