How are you combining versions of LotusFlow3r?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but how are you tracking your 2 versions of LotusFlow3r?

At first I thought about just tacking "The Morning After" onto the end (as Track 13) and treating it as a bonus track -- but that ruins the ending of that album.

Now I am seriously considering making "The Morning After" as Track 04 in between Crimson & Clover and 4Ever.

Suggestions? What are you doing?

When I got it, I just imported "Crimson And Clover" into iTunes. When I dragged it onto the Lotusflow3r playlist, it automatically fell in between "Boom" and "The Morning After", so I left it there. shrug

I want to do it like that. I might try and do that tonight.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Boom really segues much better into "The Morning After." It doesn't seem to work for me at all on the Target release going into "Crimson & Clover." I say "Crimson & Clover should follow "The Morning After."

Totally opposite POV. Boom obviously flows into C&C. I sequenced TMA after C&C. I also went into iTunes, and changed the start time on TMA to 0:00.3, and it cuts in at just the right time. Near perfect.

I have done a lot of revision. First, I deleted "77 Beverly" and moved "Love Like Jazz" to the end of both Lotusflow3r and MPLSound because they were destroying the flow for me. I also moved "Back to the Lotus" to the end once I combined Loutusflow3r and MPLSound. I only like "Elixier" from Elixer so that's the only song that I have imported from that cd. Finally I combined Loutusflow3r and MPLSound but added "F.U.N.K." after "Dreamer." Thus, my track listing is:

From the Lotus
Boom
C&C
4Ever
Colonized Mind
FG,FB,FW
WoB
$
Dreamer
F.U.N.K.
Another Like Me
Chocolate Box
Dance 4 Me
Gonna C Me
Here
Valentina
Better w/Time
Ol' Skool Co.
No More Candy 4 U
Love Like Jazz
Elixer
Back 2 d Lotus

100% agree! I imported the Target version of LotusFlow3r and then added TMA and it automatically fell right after C&C--and then changing the start time on TMA made it absolutely PERFECT!!!

Agreed! Definitely works better this way.

After a few listens each way, I'm leaving TMA after C&C.

Doing it that way leaves a trinity of guitar-based tracks as the album opener.
