The delicious yummy groove of this song makes my spirit shine!
From the very first gently penetrating strokes of the piano i was smiling and warmly joyful. I love how Prince can, with great ease, make a track so multilayered and substantial and each time ya listen u can discover new sonic subtleties. Drizzling cymbals, licks of guitar goodness swirling in the colofrul aurora of synth, ethereal vocals and bubblebath bells. It's truly complete and solid song with a climax that's explosive, fantastically romantic, powerfully passionate and satisfying 4ever. love

Section 2:25 -> 2:45 impresses me a lot. Because of the delicate intimacy it makes the finale even more stronger and emotional.

Easilly my most fave track off the 3 cd's.

As I'm sitting here.... I just realized that I've literally played Prince's music every single night for almost 25 years! Like most people I kinda track my life on the songs. Each melody can bring me back to a specific moment in time..... important events... sunny days 'n sorrows and everything inbetween. Besides Prince's artistic genius, he is equally gifted with being a deeply important part of the colorul tapestry of our lives. i guess i'm just dreamilly musing in the midnight hour... can anyone relate? cloud9

mmm yeah l can relate to tht song .... ever so beautiful this song which l always listen and play..... wink
yes it is very intimacy and very romantic way of putting it....
and how prince put it in his own words of how he is feeling with his emotions.... for the special person .... wink

but however not everyone has a great liking to this song which l can never understand why mmmm....

but l thinks its a very good song and such a beautful one too....
