Have you seen that house? Its ridiculous! I dont know that i ahve ever seen anyting so lavish. I read Prince shelled out $200,000 a month in rent. It must be smart to rent when you are as rich as Prince. He rented that 3121 house from some NBA guy.

I've never seen it. I've seen a picture of a living room and a fish tank and Prince is standing behind the couch, but I don't know if that picture is from that address.

I've also seen the picture of Prince's black piano that sits on a Roman Clock rug...That also may be the interior of this house...I'm not sure.

I bet he can write off portion of the rent as a business expense since he throws his promotional parties there.

That's if he's even paying the rent himself... knowing Prince's slyness, AEG & Target may be footing the bill as part of their promotional budget for the Lotusflow3r project.

That door opened up all of a sudden as Myself and RD's wife where standing next to it.


Love this room.....something about it made me happier than I already was that night.

this is the game room that leads to the music/concert room....totally re-decorated.

This is the concert/music room, it has also been re-decorated. Those horns have been replaced with the "famous" disco ball that is now our lovely disco jellyfish.
