I believe that it consisted of the same tracks from ONA-Live, but without the overdubs.

There was never a 5 track ONA Live EP released for download. It was only given as a promo to radio.

Well. How did I get it then? I was sure that it was pulled from his site on the legit tip. My memory must be oxidizing. That's not a surprise.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

The version of Xenophobia on the ep was different than the version on the ONA set. However, the other 4 tracks were added to the ONA cd.

The other 4 had additional overdubs by the time they reached ONA-Live, right?

Have to add two more to the mix ...

Rope Of Silicon and GlassCutter. Love the organ, wah-wah guitar and the hand claps. Great joint.

It's been a while, but I think u r right. There were some subtle overdubs. The same thing with DOW that was given out at the Celebration. It had overdubs on the official single.

I love the lyrics to "Silicon". Not a big fan of GlassCutter, though.

but 4 once the overdubs worked perfectly on that one 9(DOW single that is) tho i found it interesting that the ones handed out at the celebration included the "i'm a soul man" line but the ones offered on npgmc didn't ..hmmm
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I would have had to pay Isaac Hayes and David Porter.
