Prince on Cosby Show! (sort of) Hi Fellow Purple Funk Soldiers!
Alright, I know you're probably looking at the subject of this thread and thinking I'm off my damn rocker, but trust me, I DID see the Purple One in an episode of the Cobsy Show. Last night, I was watching the episode where Theo spent the weekend at Cockroach's house and came home with his ear pierced. In the scene where Cliff goes in to see what the problem is, Theo is sitting in bed reading a magazine. If you look very closely--I paused my dvd--you see it's an issue of Right On magazine with PRINCE ON THE COVER! Just wanted to share that. (If you think about it, you kind of have Prince and Michael Jackson in the same room--there's a Billie Jean poster on the closet door! LOL) I love a Man who:

Its a good episode, first season (1984-1985), where we see Cliffs parents for the first time and it turns out Cliff got his hair conked to please a girl (T. What happened to the girl, C, Shes in the kitchen now), and his father had a tattoo done to please a girl (His wife). Cockroach's sister did it and it got infected. ncredibly Theos girl wasn't Justine.
The Cosby show was actually quite good and had some funny plots in it. So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time | |

I heard that the teen daughter on the show (Vanessa?) is a huge Prince fan and she wanted Prince to visit the set of the show.He was on tour at the time so he couldn't visit,but he sent her his 'Sign O The Times' jean jacket.This was in 1987. | |

...there is also an Episode where Tempest Bledsoe (Vanessa) is where jacket Prince wore in the Sign O The Times movie. I remember some story where she had Bill Cosby call Prince because she wanted the jacket. Love God and I shall 4ever Love u | |
