Did Prince ever have a "best of" or "hits" collection available on VINYL??? I realize I have collected his LPs and 12"/7" singles almost out of necessity.
Was there ever a collection of his hits available on WAX, even in small availability, like for a promo? Like, I have a promo CASSETTE from the Purple Rain era that has some earlier hits on it... would love to have something of the sort on vinyl. [Edited 1/2/09 16:39pm] | |

I have only ever seen The Hits / B Sides on cassette or CD.
Did Ultimate Prince get a vinyl issue? Japan maybe? | |

The Hits 1 and The Hits 2 were issued on vinyl. Other than that, No, none of
the other best of collections were. | |

They're quite hard to come by these days. They were only released on vinyl in
Europe, and they were deleted only a few years later. | |
