I wouldn't use the word "sucked" but I'd might say a certain song was iight. Not my favorite and certainly not his best.

Prince like any artist has the right to produce with average songs (albums ) but unlike many artists he has produced one of the best catalogue in popular music.

I wouldn't just blurt out that something sucks out of the blue. If he asked my opinion though, I sure as hell wouldn't lie.

I'd tell him his more recent stuff isn't as good but he's still got it performance wise.

Back up the slight insult with a compliment and it's all good.

In theory I would tell him about the songs I didn't like, in reality I think I would have to know him quite well before I did. Somehow it would just seem cruel to do it before that, even though in some way it might be justified.

Whether I'm tactful or blunt about his music, would he listen? He seems very stubborn.

In my opinion all of Prince's music is good...In some cases the music is extraordiary.

When the music is stripped down 2 what Prince's heart is saying...I adore his heart. A man that is so open and beautiful, intelligent and spiritual, could not possibly be offended by one fan saying his music sucked, if one fan feels like I do.

Prince isn't where He is because His Music and Sucks belong in the same sentence. That's like saying...I'm gonna go swimming in a rock...

Sucks just simply isn't possible, even if someone doesn't like some-thing.
