Cover of In a Large Room with no light/Illegal Aliens/Marco minneman

There's a cover version of prince's In A Large Room with no light on Itunes by a group called illegal Aliens/Marco minneman. They've titled it Rat Race on an album called International telephone.

It stick pretty close to the origianl

How did they get away with it. Did Prince OK it?

Anyone Know? Heard it? Heard of them?
