OK - ya'll shouldn't have let me see this one... . .. . IF... . .. .

#1 - I like gravy. So for Prince I will need a cast iron skillet with the flame under it on high, and some olive oil extra virgin. Self rising flour until it's the same color as our children's skin (golden brown). nod Add warm water ( and I like hearing that "Ttsss!" sounds of hot meeting cold) and with a wooden spoon stir and stroke around in the pot.

Add my (puree) onion, bell pepper(s), garlic, ginger and just a touch of chili powder, put that bad boy on low (simmer) for about a half hour until it's like ... . .. . Ya'll can't hear me!..... Add my salt and pepper

The salad, a nice spinach/romaine salad with roma tomatoes, some seedless red grapes, crisp yellow pepper, and cold mandarine orange slices (no dressing)

fresh bow tie pasta smothered in my gravy with homemade garlic buscuits, garnish with chopped garlic and diced tomatoes.
(I hope he likes garlic hmmm )

I will be eating a THICK shank (lamb or beef) grilled, same salad with cheesy garlic bread and red wine

dessert = frozen raspberries no whipped cream, I might not eat dessert

everyday a different menu
depending on what's in season

Tonite I'd make
stuffed green and red peppers
filled with wild rice and
garden vegetables, garlic and basil,
simmered in a thick tomato sauce
smothered with
mozzarella and parmesan cheese

also his choice of soup and salad
with a yummy chocolate dessert
coffee

Love and water - I've heard that's what he prefers.

Otherwise, something creamy: a Godiva chocolate cake or ice cream for ex.
