Prince greatest ballad?

Now, it a toss up between; Adore,PinkCashmere,Scandalous, and Do me baby. And i know most of u would choose Adore because of it's commercial appeal however i choose Do me baby it's 2 funky!

i have never been able to quite get with adore. it is always the same with prince songs i need to just catch them one day on the off chance and i love them. but i have never clicked with it. i am going to try and listen again and see if i like it.

I'm like you! I've never got Adore either, I don't know why, but I love Scandalous and Damn U, A Case of U, and Slow Love ... and isn't The Beautiful Ones a ballad? Well, whatever, that's my favourite! Oh and The Dance and, lots more..

I've just seen that someone posted 'God' - well that's in a class of it's own, it shouldn't just be lumped under 'Ballads', they should invent a new category for that, because it's better than ANYTHING!
