PrintableIt's a little pouch that lies on top of the kilt, hanging down over the..uh..groinal area.
It's useful for putting stuff in, e.g. a wee dram of whisky. It also stops your front from flying up when doing energetic dancing - that's really what I was most pleased about at the time. lol.
