Fox Sports Website has posted the Top 15 All Time Superbowl Halftime shows, and Prince is #1. (not any doubt). But the picture they use is the shadow picture from behind the curtain. (Phalic Symbol) haha.

Prince is such a bad ass and a hard act 2 follow. I can’t see anyone topping that performance. The way he worked that guitar in the rain and keeping his balance and composure on a wet slippery night was absolutely unforgettable. When he threw that do-rag off his head, it was on and crackin. On his symbol stage, he just let all his fans and non fans know that he was in total control 4 the first ever Superbowl Sunday in the rain.

IMO, Prince just set the bar 4 future Superbowl Halftime performances.

Congratulations Prince on a job well done and most deserving.

Absolutely deserved! Without a doubt the best halftime show EVER. I still get goosebumps when I see that performance.

Anyone have any insight on his guitar tone during Purple Rain? It sounded like his tone was a bit off. Maybe it wasn't tuned properly in advance? Possibly the rain?

I had never heard that type of sound from him before. To his credit, he continued and made the most of it.
