They looked a little like the shoes he wore towards the end of the o2 gigs. Without the flashing red lights! At least I don't think he still had the heel lights, did he? "My God it's full of Stars"

he's wearing platform sneakers....maybe it's because after wearing heels for so many years ure feet and ankles dont like U so much anymore...
And I love my platform sneakers.....all the height, minus the PAIN That's true! And, wasn't he wearing those when he did Musicology on MTV? Now, I LOVE Prince in his heels of course, BUT I thought he looked really cool in those shoes / trainers / wedges - whatever they were! I mean it must be so much more comfortable too, those heels must kill his back sometimes!! As Prince's new management team here at the org. (courtesy of Mentalist  ) what do we all think?!

High heeled sneakerz were available in 1977...I remember trying them on, but I was only eleven...I think a lot of the shoes are becomming more practical these days...I love having a lift in my shoes...but I rarely wear shoes that aren't comfortable...It's not worth it.
